When you use any of our services or partner services you agree to hold DMS harmless of any criminal or civil liability if you use our platform to do something that is illegal or abusive or causes harm by any means and you will defend DMS, Inc. and it's partners in the event of any such occurrence. You will adhere to all state, local and foreign laws that are relevant to your use of our system within your business model.
10. If you use our service and your actions cause harm to DMS such as getting our IP addresses or partner's blacklisted or flagged with services like spamhaus.org you agree to pay for all remediation to correct the problem even if we terminate your account with or without noticed due to such activity or blacklisting. Our IP addresses are extremely valuable as there are very few available and they need to be used in order to justify our having them. Therefore if you do not use IPs we have assigned you for any period more than 21 days we may reassign them to another customer for use and you would incur professional service fees for setting up new IPs when you need them.
11. Your use of this Site and any dispute arising out of such use of the Site is subject to the laws of Georgia, USA and is additionally governed our privacy policy shown elsewhere on this site.
